The authentic Cretan honey is a blend of wild thyme, pine and wild herbs, originating from the unique nature of Crete. Rich in nutritional value, this Cretan honey has a bright amber hue and an intense aromatic profile, making it particularly special.

A combination of the strong aroma of wild thyme combines with the freshness of pine and the earthy notes of Crete's wild herbs, where 2,000 wild herbs are recorded, including 190 endemics such as dittany, malotira, sage, thyme, oregano, thyme and many more, offering a unique character to Cretan honey.
