Fresh, vibrant, and lively. This mainland Assyrtiko defines 'summer' in a glass. A great expression of this hot variety.  The wild ferment produces smoother textures to balance out the wine.

In our opinion, the best made Assyrtiko outside of Santorini for the price. This is a must try!
