Valos is an elegant expression of Xynomavro. Intriguing aromas that lead you into smooth flavors of raspberries and dried cherries. This medium bodied wine has softer tannins that creates a pleasant herbaceous finish. This would be the ‘premier cru’ version of Xynomavro, in our opinion (only 4,000 bottles produced).
