This dry-farmed, certified organic, and biodynamically produced wine comes from Makedonia in Greece, and is a blend of Xinomavro and Negoska.  

Xinomavro is often referred to as the Nebbiolo of Greece with similar structure and aging potential. This stunning selection is plush and vibrant, showing an abundance of fruit and great balance.  The wine develops and opens as time goes from the moment you release the cork.  A great wine at the table to pair with a variety of dishes that are seasoned with oils, fats, and spices.
