I collect a lot of Greek cook books as a hobby. I was going to buy this book after Christmas for myself, and ordered one as a Christmas gift for someone else. As it came in the mail, I eventually decided to browse thru it and decided to keep it for myself. This book is amazing with pictures and different features of wines and sauces. I tried three recipes and so far all three were delicious! This is probably the top book of my 52 book collection. Great job on cooking with our Greek Heritage. I recommend this book to Greeks and people who want to be Greek! lol
